These terms apply to purchases on untilblack.com, run by Until Black (“we”).

Products and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Colors may vary slightly on screen. For ranked rash guards, competition legality is always decided by the event organizer. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or stock issues, refunding you in full. Kit discounts apply only when the items are bought together. Discount codes can’t be combined with other discounts unless stated.

The Until Black name, logo and photos are ours. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Swiss law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
