Pad: thick high-density sponge over the kneecap. Takes the sting out of knee slides and hard mats.
Sleeve: 100% polyester knit, elastic and breathable.
Grip: elastic anti-slip cuffs top and bottom so they don't roll down.
In the box: 1 pair (left + right).
Care: hand or machine wash cold, air dry.
Padding and compression for comfort. Not a medical device.

Measure around your thigh about 10 cm (4") above the kneecap.
